Can I substitute a Fueling for a lean & green meal?

We do not recommend substituting a Fueling for the Lean & Green meal for two primary reasons:

  • The Lean & Green meal provides essential calories, healthy fat, protein, fiber, and other nutrients that differ from the nutritional makeup of our Fuelings. Take, for example, the healthy fat component of the Lean & Green meal. Healthy fats are important because they help your body absorb vitamins like A, D, E, and K. They also help your gallbladder work properly. Our Fuelings do not provide the same amount of healthy fats as the Lean & Green meal. That is just one example. The Lean & Green meal also provides the right balance of calories, carbohydrates, and protein to fuel your body while promoting a mild, but efficient fat burning state. In addition, the meal provides volume to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
  • You’ll learn another healthy habit, how to make a Lean & Green meal for you and your family. You will begin to learn what optimal nutrition looks like and soon healthy eating will become second nature.
