Return Status Types:
- Initiated- The return order has been created by a Client Support agent.
- Completed - A refund has been issued for the return order.
*Once we receive your return, we will process the request within two business days to ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner. We recommend retaining proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.

Complete the following steps to view the status of your return order.
- Once logged into your account, the Account Dashboard will be displayed.
- Scroll down and select Returns from the left side menu.
- Return Status page will display the RMA number, refund amount and return status.
