How to Manage Premier Items


To manage the items in your OPTAVIA Premier template, please complete the steps below. *To edit your Premier order, start from your My Account page.

Instructions:

Step 1: Scroll down to your “My OPTAVIA Premier” box, and click Edit Premier, located in the top right corner. 

  • You can also edit your Premier order by selecting My OPTAVIA Premier from the left-hand menu.


Step 2: On the next page, scroll down to see the list of items currently set to be part of your next Premier order. 

  • To remove an item, click the red “X” beside that item.
  • To remove all items, scroll down and click Remove All Products.


Step 3: To add a new item, click Continue Shopping. The next page will display a banner across the top letting you know you’re editing your Premier order.



Step 4: Scroll down to view specific categories, then click Shop below the category to view related items. *You can also click View All to shop for items in all categories.

  • Use the filter options in the menus in the left-hand menu to narrow your search results. 
  • You can also use the Sort By option to reorder how results are displayed.


Step 5: Once you’ve found the item you’d like to add to your next Premier order, click Add to Cart.

  • You can adjust the quantity of the item by changing the number in the box below the image. *If you modify the quantity, make sure to click Update
  • If there are other items that you need to add to your order, click Continue Shopping


Step 6: After selecting the last item to add to your order, click Checkout to return to your Premier order summary.

  • When you get back to your Premier order summary, you should see the newly added item(s) listed. You can continue making edits to your order if needed. 


Step 7: When you are done making edits, scroll down to click Save Order. *If you leave the page without clicking this button, the changes you made to your order will be lost.

  • After you click Save Order, you’ll be taken back to your account page and should see a green banner indicating your changes were saved. 
  • You’ll also receive an email with the updated details of your order.
