It’s important to weigh yourself regularly (same scale, same time of day, same clothes each time). We recommend weighing yourself at least once per week. It’s a personal choice if you would like to weigh yourself more frequently (i.e. daily). Keep in mind that sometimes your weight will change, even on the same day, due to differences in fluid balance, hormones, bowel movements, and other factors. Furthermore, some people lose weight quickly in the first few weeks, and then experience slightly slower (yet steady) results as they go along. Beyond pounds, notice how your clothes fit as you lose body fat and inches. Most importantly, check-in with how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
